Services of the diaLIMS customer service
Do you have a new idea or need additional licences?Simply contact our customer service team for reliable support. Our team will provide you with expert advice on new requirements and the realisation of your ideas with diaLIMS - so you can always optimally cover your processes with our product and thus gain the best possible benefit from diaLIMS.
Customer service also supports you with concepts, requirements analyses and integration services and conducts training courses and workshops. You can also contact us if, for example, you want to change reports or templates, programme macros, set up interfaces to new devices or IT systems or expand your system in any other way. We look forward to hearing from you.
Services of diaLIMS software maintenance & support
For rental licences, the services for software maintenance and support are included in the monthly fee.For purchase licences, software maintenance and support must be ordered separately.
Support provides assistance with questions about operating conditions and the use of diaLIMS. In addition, error and fault messages can be reported to our support team.
Support does not provide any consulting services, training, concepts, requirements analyses, integration services or similar.These services can be ordered separately from dialog EDV customer service.
Response times during normal support operating hours:
- for serious faults: less than 2 hours
- for other faults: less than 8 hours
- other messages: less than 16 hours
Times outside normal support operating hours are not counted towards the response time.
Software maintenance includes the following services:
- permanent warranty extension on all diaLIMS functions
- No licence fees for updates and upgrades to new releases and versions

Remote support: fast on-site support
It is usually most effective for our hotline support to look at a problem directly on site.
